DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Of course, we do! Paper Twist will refund your order with a receipt if merchandise is in original condition and packaging up to 30 days after the invoice date. If you’ve missed the 30 day mark, don’t worry - we will kindly issue you a store credit for your returned items.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY REGARDING SALE ITEMS?
We all LOVE a sale but please make sure you really like it because all sale items are final. No returns or exchanges. Promotional discounts do not apply to sale items.
WHAT IF MY SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED?
We know you will be tickled pink to see a Paper Twist box on your door step. Please STOP and look at your order carefully when you receive it. If something is not right with your order, please email us and tell us about any damaged, defective or incorrect items within 5 days of receipt. We will gladly replace any damaged merchandise if the cause was due to shipping or a defective product. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return information. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
